Verse 1
I watched the city in shattered glass,
Neon ghosts from another past.
Berlin nights beneath electric skies,
Searching for truth behind borrowed eyes.
I wore the masks they handed down,
Played the saint and played the clown.
But every mirror held a trace,
Of someone time could not erase.
Pre-Chorus
Every step, every scar,
Led me back to who we are.
Through the silence I can hear,
The voice I've always carried here.
Chorus
Reflections in the water,
Echoes in the rain.
Fragments of a former self,
Calling out my name.
Through the shadow, through the fire,
Beyond illusion's door.
I finally understand...
I was searching for myself all along.
Verse 2
The Book of Mirrors showed me fear,
The Book of Shadows drew me near.
The Book of Light became the key,
To every hidden part of me.
Twelve pathways turning in the night,
Twelve stars aligned beyond my sight.
The Wanderer whispered, "Don't let go..."
There's truth beneath what we all know.
Pre-Chorus
Every loss, every choice,
Helped me recognize the voice.
Not above and not below,
But deep within where spirits grow.
Chorus
Reflections in the water,
Echoes in the rain.
Fragments of a former self,
Calling out my name.
Through the shadow, through the fire,
Beyond illusion's door.
I finally understand...
I was searching for myself all along.
Bridge (half-time / atmospheric)
The mirror never lied to me...
It only showed what I refused to see.
ANRAC offered certainty.
AEON offered possibility.
Between shadow and light...
I choose to become.
(instrumental build)
Final Chorus
Reflections in the water,
Constellations guide my way.
Every version of my story,
Led me to this day.
Through the darkness, through awakening,
Past who I was before.
I finally understand...
I was never truly lost.
I was becoming...
More.
